AMRC & AWS

As of 00Z today our machine aws.ssec.wisc.edu is not functioning. This is impacting LDM/Antarctic-IDD, Antarctic composite imagery, AWS observational data, data from ADDE servers, parts of our website, ftp, and RAMADDA.
